TERMS OF SALE
By applying to become a customer of MyGourmetHome Singapore, (Gourmet Partner) you accept that the following terms and conditions will apply. These terms and conditions may be altered by Gourmet Partner at any time without notice and your access to MyGourmetHome may be terminated at any time without notice. Your continued use of MyGourmetHome or continued ordering of products following such amendment of these terms will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms as amended. Where your access to MyGourmetHome is terminated, all disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these terms will survive. You may not alter these terms without Gourmet Partner’s express written agreement.
You confirm that the information you have provided throughout the registration process is, to the best of your knowledge, true and correct, and accept that any false or misleading information is likely to result in the cessation of supply.
If your application to become a customer is accepted by Gourmet Partner you will be granted access to Gourmet Partner’s online portal to view and order products; MyGourmetHome. The username and password provided to you are for your individual use only, and you undertake that you will ensure that these details are not communicated to any third party, and that no other individual will access MyGourmetHome using your account.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You accept that, whilst all care is taken to ensure that the information presented by the MyGourmetHome site is at all times correct and accurate, errors and omissions may occur, and you accept that Gourmet Partner accepts no liability for such occurrences. Gourmet Partner and the manufacturer or supplier of the product to Gourmet Partner accept no liability for any change to the information without notice. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Gourmet Partner is not the manufacturer of the products listed. Suppliers to Gourmet Partner maintain their own product information, including allergy claims. Gourmet Partner does not accept any liability with respect to loss, damage, death or injury, including consequential loss or damage arising from any misinformation against products listed on MyGourmetHome.
By applying to be registered as a customer of Gourmet Partner, you consent to the information you submit on your application and any subsequent orders or correspondence with Gourmet Partner being entered into a database. Gourmet Partner may use this information for marketing purposes without any further reference or payment, or other compensation to the qualifying customer. Any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Angliss Gourmet Pte Ltd, email@example.com.
You accept that all aspects of the MyGourmetHome site are the intellectual property of Gourmet Partner and as such are copyrighted and cannot be used anywhere else without the express written permission of Gourmet Partner. This copyright includes (but is not limited to) text, images, page layout, site functionality and source code.
All prices stated are subject to GST.
ORDER CUTOFF AND DELIVERY TIMES/DAYS
Orders must be placed before the order cut-off time, which is communicated on MyGourmetHome.
Delivery times and days are shown on MyGourmetHome.
Supply by Gourmet Partner is subject to availability of the products ordered. Gourmet Partner reserves the right to restrict supply of any product at its sole discretion. You accept that Gourmet Partner has no liability whatsoever if products are unavailable for you to order, or if Gourmet Partner does not supply products that you have ordered. Products may vary from day to day and between Gourmet Partner branches and regions.
CREDIT POLICY FOR DELIVERY ERRORS INCLUDING DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If a product is delivered to you in damaged condition (including outside the manufacturer’s best before or use by date), or if product that you have paid for is not delivered to you, or you receive a product that you have not ordered, then you must call or email Gourmet Partner’s customer service within 48 hours to request a credit or refund. Gourmet Partner’s customer service can be contacted on (65) 6602 0799 and firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims for credits or refunds made more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
Gourmet Partner reserves the right to restrict deliveries by geographic area. Gourmet Partner may also restrict certain deliveries to locations which are difficult or unsafe to access, including isolated locations or locations that Gourmet Partner’s employees or vehicles cannot safely access.
Animals must be kept under control and not pose a risk to the health and safety of the delivery driver. Deliveries will be made to the front entrance of your building at street level.
You must accept delivery at this point and carry the products into your building or home. If someone else accepts delivery at your building or home then Gourmet Partner has the right to assume that person has your authority to do so on your behalf. If the delivery driver brings the products inside your building or home, Gourmet Partner and or the delivery driver will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by you or any third party in doing so. Gourmet Partner and its delivery drivers will use best endeavours to deliver as close to the nominated delivery time as possible. Neither Gourmet Partner nor its delivery drivers accept any liability for failure to deliver at the nominated time.
If the products are delivered to your nominated address at a time reasonably close to the nominated delivery time, then you agree the delivery driver may complete delivery by leaving the products at your address even if you or another nominated person is not present to accept delivery.
All property rights and risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
